We also arrange restaurant reservations (individual/group), seasonal activities, gear rentals, and attraction tickets for a smooth, worry-free experience.

Exclusions

  • Transportation or destination related fees (if combined with a transport service, no extra fee)

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made in writing.
  • 72+ hours before transfer: No charge.
  • 48-72 hours before transfer: 30% of the total cost.
  • 24-48 hours before transfer: 50% of the total cost.
  • Within 24 hours: 100% of the total cost. Please note that during peak seasons, these policies may change. You will be informed of any adjustments during booking.

Confirmation

Once we receive your booking request, we will send an acknowledgment email or WhatsApp. Please allow 2-5 business days for booking confirmation. If you do not receive an email, check your spam folder or contact us via email or WhatsApp. Once confirmed, a payment confirmation email will be sent, followed by a confirmation slip once payment is received.
