Description
We provide one-way transfer services with a highly experienced, professional driver to ensure your trip is seamless, safe and comfortable.
- Toyota Alphard (MPV)
– Ideal for up to 6 passengers
- (6 passengers with up to 4 large suitcases) - Toyota 10-seater Hiace (Van)
- Suitable for groups of 9 passengers
- (9 passengers with up to 7-8 large suitcases) - Toyota 14-seater Hiace (Van)
- Suitable for groups of 13 passengers
- (13 passengers with up to 3-4 large suitcases) - Toyota Coaster (Mini Bus)
– Suitable for groups of 22 passengers
- (22 passengers with up to 17-18 large suitcases) - Full Size Bus
– from 20 passengers to 40 passengers
The driver will meet you at the designated area in the arrival terminal for airport-to-city transfers or the hotel/apartment pickup point for city-to-airport transfers.
Please ensure your hotel or apartment pickup is scheduled at least 3 hours before your flight departure to account for potential traffic. We are not responsible for missed flights due to traffic or late departures.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made in writing.
- 72+ hours before transfer: No charge.
- 48-72 hours before transfer: 30% of the total cost.
- 24-48 hours before transfer: 50% of the total cost.
- Within 24 hours: 100% of the total cost. Please note that during peak seasons, these policies may change. You will be informed of any adjustments during booking.
Waiting Times

Airport Arrivals:
- International Flights: 90 minutes of free waiting time from the scheduled landing.
- Domestic Flights: 60 minutes of free waiting time from the scheduled landing.
- After this period, an additional fee applies (JPY 10,000 for MPV, JPY 12,000 for Van, per hour) payable directly to the driver.
- Hotel or Apartment Pickups: 15 minutes of free waiting time is provided. After this, the booking will be considered a "No Show," and no refunds will be issued. We advise being ready 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
Other terms
- One-way transfer: Our service is a one-way, private transfer between Haneda or Narita Airport to your accommodation (hotel or apartment) within Tokyo City or surrounding areas. Transfers outside of Tokyo will incur additional charges, which can be confirmed via our booking site.
- Midnight Surcharge: A 50% surcharge applies for transfers between 22:00 and 07:00.

Passenger Capacity:
- MPV: Up to 6 passengers

- Please note that infants and children must be counted as passengers. If the size of your group exceeds the vehicle capacity, an additional vehicle will be required at the client’s expense

Luggage Capacity:
- MPV: Maximum of 4 pieces of luggage (24 inches)
- Van: Maximum of 9 pieces of luggage (24 inches)
- If your luggage exceeds the designated capacity, alternative transportation arrangements must be made at your cost. No cancellations or refunds will be provided in such cases.
- Tour Guide Service (optional): While a tour guide is not necessary for transfers, we can arrange an English, Chinese, or Malay-speaking guide at an additional charge. Other language requests may be accommodated based on availability and pricing. If a tour guide is required, they will meet you at the airport or designated pickup point.
Confirmation
Once we receive your booking request, we will send an acknowledgment email or WhatsApp. Please allow 2-5 business days for booking confirmation. If you do not receive an email, check your spam folder or contact us via email or WhatsApp. Once confirmed, a payment confirmation email will be sent, followed by a confirmation slip once payment is received.
