We accept bookings from 1 year to 2 weeks before your travel date. However, please note that we will charge a priority booking fee if service is within 2 weeks from your travel.

No, all fees are clearly stated during the booking process. Any optional add-ons will be mentioned upfront.
Payments & Cancellations
For now, we only accept bank transfers.

Travel Assistance
Yes, our team is available during our business hours (9am-6pm JST). However, we do have an emergency contact to give instant support to assist with customers who are on tour.
In case of disruptions, we will assist you with the necessary process for rebooking. However, a minimum amount of compensation may still apply.
